UK networks join forces to reach shoppers
British out-of-home digital media owners Avanti Screenmedia and Streetbroadcast are teaming up to sell airtime on their screens as a joint package.
The pair hope to attract advertisers by combining Streetbroadcast’s on-street network, StreetLive (pictured), with Avanti’s screens in shopping centres.
The package is intended to provide a means to reach shoppers in malls, in retail-heavy streets and at retail parks – a set of related locations which up to now would have required separate media buys.
Branded as Digital Life, the package consists of more than 800 screens in 120 locations, across 50 urban areas.
It offers a weekly footfall of 20m consumers with a collective spend of £736m ($1.09bn).
Digital Life can be bought through either Avanti or Streetbroadcast, which are offering free conversion of creative.
